![]() ![]() ![]() The Dragon Breath ability is also useful at avoiding the retaliation by the Stealthed Unit, and since all Dragon Breath units are melee range, Stealth does not make a difference when fighting them.Abilities such as Mortar, and Contact! can still indirectly attack Stealth units through the area around the targeted unit and retaliation. Two abilities can entirely ignore Stealth they are Blast and Power Shot. There are also several problems and risks to the Stealth ability, as explained below: This makes the Stealth ability strong against slow and long ranged units, as they will have a hard time reaching the Stealthed Unit, and they will take a lot of damage along the way including the retaliation. The two main advantages Stealth Units have are the fact that enemy units will have to travel right up to the Stealthed Unit to attack it, and the enemy unit has to face a retaliation from the Stealthed Unit as the attack is melee (this only works with light, fast and heavy units only). This makes the unit immune to ranged attacks and can only be attacked at melee range. Units with this skill become invisible when standing in a hex of a particular terrain specific to that unit type. Stealth is a special ability for military units. ![]()
